Gamepad, pro controller, and classic controller can all be emulated, but what about wii remotes? There are certain games that require wii remote support in order to do multiplayer (nsmbu, nintendoland, ext). :confused:

It might not be far off. Exzap recently asked Petergov to include wiimote as an option.

Dolphin does relatively little for that in terms of code. They are lucky that Wii games include a Bluetooth driver themselves so they can low-level-emulate that part without understanding much of the protocol (and that's true also on non-Bluetooth Passthrough); the Wii U does that on the OS and Cemu tends to high-level-emulate that part.

If you only need to map a real Wiimote to the GamePad (including getting gyroscope data to it), take a look at WiimoteHook (https://forum.cemu.info/showthread.php/140).

<off topic>

It does work fine but there is no need. Wii games had a whole bluetooth driver bundled with each game so you can use direct bluetooth passthrough there and get practically 100% perfect emulation (even the speaker on the remote works fine).

That also makes the dolphinbar an inferior solution technologically (but the direct passthrough option was not available before 2016, that's why it's so popular). The Wii U did not have the same technology so Cemu can't just do the same.
