Hi. Im having the same issue. After "loading" the emulator just quits. I got this log :
(Tried a lot of stuff to solve this ; tried different settings ; deleted caches etc.)

So its always the same, i start cemu and zelda botw and it crashes i do the same thing again > crash and when i start it the 3rd time it runs. wtf ?

So for everybody with the exact same problem - It's the FPS++ graphic pack - I have to start cemu/botw without it once then restart cemu and activate it again to finally run botw with all the graphic packs.
