Any available port would do (e.g. add 1 to 26760 and use 26761) but it would also need to set that port on Cemuhook's ini (or PadTest). Alternatively the other program taking over that port could be removed.

I changed the port to 26761 in WiimoteHook ran Padtest with the new port and it works wonderfully! It's still not showing up under devices in the gamepad motion source menu in Cemu though. How do I change the port in the CemuHook.ini? Do you just add "Port = 26760"? I'm not seeing a readme for CemuHook.

I'm reluctant to remove the device I have now using port 26760 because it was quite the process to get it connected (PS3 Controller) and I use it primarily when gaming.

In cemuhook.ini, and under an [Input] section, it takes serverPort = 26761; from here https://cemuhook.sshnuke.net/padudpserver.html

    e.g.

    Code:
    [Input]
    serverIP = 127.0.0.1
    serverPort = 26761
PS. serverIP line can probably be omitted in this case.

That did it! Thanks for all your help epigramx. Nothing like being able to use your Wiimote's in Cemu. When running WiimoteHook, pairing the device and then opening up Dolphin emulator, it recognizes the Wiimote there too. Excellent software.

    Hello!

WiimoteHook crashes immediately on startup. I have Windows 7 (not virtual) and the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack installed and working. The WiiMote functions in Dolphin fine. I have the .NET Framework, the emulated gamepad Drivers and the XBox 360 Controller Drivers installed.

Informations about my System (if its important):
    Core i7 4930k
    2 GTX 670
    8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
and a HAMA (german company) CSR4.0 Bluetooth USB Dongle

    Thumbs up

Thank you. WiimoetHook works very well.
I hope the WiimoteHook Setting Editor will include the Wii Classic Controller.
Now, only wiimote and Nunchuk can do Wii U key mapping.

Do you plan to add wii classic controller in setting editor?

    GyroMouse Feature

    First of all,
you made an amazing tool Easy to use and working.

I mainly use it since 4 days to control a HTPC with the Gyro Mouse and it feels great. I also want to add RetroArch to get it into a little gaming Box.

So i would wish 3 more features maybe:

    1. Problem
Disconnecting the Wiimote by turning it off, in my case isn't recogniced or maybe i do not wait to long.
Reconneting the Wiimote won't get it back in Gyro Mousemode because Wiimotehook didn't recognice it that the Wiimote already disconneted, i guess.
So the Wiimote is able to get connected again, but not set by Wiimotehook again.
I found out that reconnecting and recheck for extenions bring back Gyro Mousemode.

    1. Solution
Ability to bind a Wiimote Key to recheck extensions.

    2. Problem
I managed to autostart Wiimotehook just as an Autostart Link in Windows Startmenu.
Recommend is for me to start Wiimotehook as admin, to be able to use Wiimotehook in every application.
Problem is that Wiimotehook only recognize my Wiimote if i connected it before the autostart procedure is getting to run.
Windows 10 gives me a little time for that so its normaly not a big deal.
But if you miss the moment you will not get the Wiimote recogniced without further keyboard action.

    2. Solution
Maybe you can make an Config Option that Wiimotehook cycle recognicing new devices all 5 or 10 Seconds as long no device is detected by Wiimotehook ?
An Automatic Hide Feature on Wiimotehook Startup would be also very cool

    3. Problem
Using the Gyromouse is cool, but Scrolling in Apps like you do with a mouse wheel isn't possible to bind at the moment, if i am right.

    3. Solution
A Config Option to bind the 3rd Mousebutton to a Wiimote Key or/and an Option for bind Mousewheel Up and Down to keys.

I know Wiimotehook is mainly for better usage of CEMU but maybe some other guys would also be happy about this features i mentioned.

Sorry for my bad english. I hope it's quite understandable.

    Greetings, Fox

Excellent tool! Like the poster above, I'm not using WiimoteHook with Cemu, instead I'm using it with Kodi's RetroPlayer.

My only wish is that WiimoteHook could be run as a Windows service so that the remote can automatically be paired whenever I turn it on, without having to exit/minimize Kodi and manually start the WiimoteHook program.

    Hello,

Is there no possible way to play New Super Mario Bros in multiplayer with this ? Cause in step 8 you have to have GamePad selected for P1. But the game wont let you play with the GamePad in multiplayer its just BoostMode. When selecting P1 input as wiimote it just constantly shakes the remote the slightest bit. But works properly when selecting GamePad as P1

    Hello.

I'm a new user and discovered this tool about a week ago.

As I understand this was developed as a tool to use with CEMU, but I've been using it to control a HTPC with the gyromouse option and it works great.

I just would like to know if there is a way to add keys to the options, I mean assign a button in the wiimote to emulate things like mouse center button, roll wheel up/down, mouse buttons 4 and 5 and simulating keyboard keys like ESC or ENTER. I think that with those options it would be the (almost) perfect way to control the HTPC
