Unhappy Padtest dosen't work for me.

    Hello everyone,
As you can see in the screenshot my wiimote is not detected in padtest while wiimotehook detected it.
I don't understand what is happening with padtest...
    Can someone help me please?

Did you click the address under 'Request Data'? You can also alternatively click one of the '1', '2', '3' or '4' checkboxes under 'Request Data'.

PS. the real mac address isn't reported (that's why it's "00:00:00:00:00:01") though that's often normal on win 7 and some other cases.

I tested both a genuine remote plus and a genuine original remote with the mp extension and they both work correctly with the nunchuk at motion. Do you use by any chance a non-genuine remote from Nintendo?

PS. I have not tested myself the special first remote pluses with mp and the same id with the original remote (e.g. the zelda remote) but from reports I got I got the impression there was no issue anymore.

That might be the reason; does it give proper motion data when on low-level Wii emulation (i.e. Dolphin Bluetooth-Passthrough mode or at least the regular hardware mode on MotionPlus games or at least non-MotionPlus games that require basic accelerometer motion (e.g. shaking in Mario Galaxy))?.

I would generally suggest genuine console controllers from the original console manufacturer; they tend to be higher quality both on the physical side and the programmatic side.

I use to play to wii sport (ping pong), twilight princess and skyward sword on dolphin emulator with this wiimote.
So yes, it give proper motion data when on low-level Wii emulation.

When I connect the nunchuck Padtest doesn't detect the wiimote, but without the nunchuk it works perfectly...
Maybe the problem is due to the fact that I'm using this strange wiimotte with the original nunchuck.
    Thank you for your help

The negotiation protocol might be slightly different in that 3rd party remote but it wouldn't be easy to find out why without having one (and I'm not willing to get one). I wonder if the behavior changes if you try to first start the software, then connect the nunchuk, then click keyboard key 'R' in console to rediscover extensions (or vice versa).

PS. You could send the WiimoteHook.log.txt file but I doubt it would be that illuminating in its current form.

I'm going to buy another wiimote, so have I absolutly need to find the original model?
Do you know if the WiiU remote controller works?

Send a log from the new version now uploaded; it should have more info though it's uncertain if it will be helpful. The logging is experimental and not tested yet; I will test later (if it's unstable I will fix it then).

I'm not certain which remote you should buy, but in general the genuine Nintendo remotes, either the new 'Remote Plus' or the original of the Wii should work (for MotionPlus the original needs an extension).

Some special versions like the genuine skyward sword remote aren't tested by me but I get the impression they have no issues currently.
