Ok, so I was going to the wrong place lol. Now that they're made, how do I get it out to drive?

Do these mods work on a modded Wii U? If so, then how would I "put in" these mods?

In my opinion, I don't think they will since these have to always be on. in my search for a save editor, I found this and a few real save editors for the Wii U; all you'd have to do is transfer your save file to your PC, edit and transfer back. I even downloaded one but it didn't work for me since i'm on Cemu

Access the Blade Terminal in the Barracks (the one between the Dining Area and Briefing Room). Open the Menu "Barracks Hangar" and register the Skells to your Characters.
You should also read the Manual, because the game doesn't have tutorials to all the mechanics.

Don't forget, that you can't buy Skell equipment before getting the Skell License, so you have to farm them from enemies on your own. For locations and enemies look up the Wiki-Page or these spreadsheets:

Thank you so much, now one last question: is there a way to set up mining probes since you don't have access to a Wii U gamepad? And is there a cheat that can give me a crap load of Miranium?

Is there any way to attach a very small amount of offline ticket gain to the FrontierNav probe rewards? So you could slowly build up your ticket amount while playing the game normally.

Edit the patch file to your hearts content. Make sure you have an extra copy of it lying around in case you mess it up (had to do this myself a few times lol)
