    Crashes Using Runes - Everywhere

    Hello. I realize that this problem exists for a number of users in Shrines, however I've been having it in all areas of the game.

    Sometimes when I initiate the use of Magnesis, Stasis, Cryonis, or Camera runes the emulator will crash. I cannot determine any noticeable pattern to predict when it will happen. All I can say is that for those runes, the game displays colored lines on the screen; these lines are an intended part of the game (red for magnesis, yellow for stasis, blue for cryonis and camera). The moment that the lines appear is when the game has a chance of crashing.

    My setup:
    CEMU: 1.11.3
    BotW:1.3.1 with first DLC
    i5 7600k
    GTX 1070

    Settings:
    GX2SetGPUFence skip: enabled
    Upscale filter: bicubic
    Vsync: enabled
    Fullscreen: enabled
    Use RDTSC: Enabled
    MM Timer Accuracy: 1ms
    Custom Timer: QPC: 1x speed

    Packs:
    1920x1080 graphics pack
    FPS++
    LWZX Crash workaround

    Try by disabling the RDTSC if you already have the QPC enabled.

    Change Bicubic to Bilinear.

    Also try updating your game it could also be an inconsistency between certain updates of either cemuhook and your graphic packs with the files of your game.

    You should also add your crashlog.txt to let some advanced users see whats going on.

    which rune caused that crash?

    I can't be certain, but if I were to guess I would say camera. Shall I wait untill it happens again when I am certain, and repost?

    I would love it if you could give me a crash log for each rune crash.

    I had this issue and although I can't remember which setting fixed it because I was ticking and unticking stuff left right and center, no crashes for at least a week now, maybe longer.
    Current settings :
    Cemu 1.11.3
    Cemu plugin 0.5.6.3
    BotW 1.5
    DLC 3.0
    GX2SetGPUFenceSkip On
    Latest graphics packs (No AA, 2560x1440, FPS++, LWZX Crash Workaround, Nvidia Explosion Smoke, RefExtra, Square Kakariko Torch Fix)
    GPU Buffer Cache Accuracy Fast
    Full Sync at GX2DrawDone On
    Triple core recompiler
    Host based timer
    All cores
    MM timer 1ms
    Custom timer RDTSC 1x

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

    Update: I have not crashed for a while! I tried changing a bunch of settings, including the ones that SlendermanHD recommended. Those did not seem to have any effect. However, I did enable Full Sync at GX2DrawDone. After this my crashes seem to have stopped.

    Xalphenos, is it still useful to you if I attempt to force some crashes and post the logs?

    Yes, Runes will crash unless you use GX2DrawDone()
