Make sure your Cemu folder is stored on your Desktop, (or anywhere else that isn't your Program Files or other system areas.)

Secondly, make sure to run Cemu as an administrator. (Right-click > Properties > Compatibility.)

Verify that there isn't any antiviral software blocking the application.

News to me, I'll keep that in mind.

Xalphenos, I am sure that the DLL that I downloaded was the 64bit one, so yeah

And Serfrost, I've tried what you told, and the same thing still happens

If you downloaded a dll and manually placed it on your computer somewhere you can't even be sure that it's a legitimate DLL let alone the right bit version. The error code doesn't lie. Mismatched bit version between application and dll is the only thing that error code can be.

To any future readers of this topic. Do not ever download individual dll files and place them in your system. OPs problem is that he thought he could do that and get cemu running. Literally gambling that he would get the right version of a legit dll. He needed to install VC++ 2015 or 2017 x64 redistributable.
