Question Some of cemuhook options don't appear in menus

Hi everyone, i just started to try using CEMU today, followed a few guides to help me get Zelda BOTW running decently, and can only notice that most guides asks you to modify options in the debug menu like MMtimer accuracy, custom timer etc, but they don't show anywhere, even tho i have a couple cemuhook options like gamepad motion source or CPU affinity that are there and available...
Would anyone know why they don't show up?
I'm using CEMU 1.13.0f and cemuhook 0.5.6.5, as recommended on cemuhook.sshnuke.net...

EDIT : I didn't specify, i'm french, hence my possible grammar errors etc, and therefore i did set CEMU to french as soon as i installed it, i switched it back to english to check a couple things and discovered that the options are now available in the debug menu!
It must come from a language file error or something, if some admin read this, please move my thread wherever approriate, or tell me where i should post about this

    Don't worry. It's already known.

Oh, ok, good to know, cause i didn't find anything about it searching various terms such as "cemuhook options not available/doesn't appear" etc...
I was so happy when i finally got those, tho now i feel terribly sad cause even using all the best recommended setting i get very low fps, between 28 at best and 4-5 at worst, stuttering, bad aliasing etc...
My computer is far from bad, and apparently with the game running i only use 50% of my cpu and gpu, and about 6gb of my ram...
If anyone has any idea why, or a really good, simple and efficient guide to setting this up, i' be very grateful

Upload log.txt after a game is loaded so people can see your settings.

I can't see anything wrong myself but ask others(also in Discord), I may miss something. It might be normal(because the OpenGL driver of AMD is slow) though that '4-5fps' sounds weird, unless it's not common.

Make sure the GPU isn't bottlenecking it (e.g. with a low res pack as a test).

So, i've tried a bunch of things, almost went mad in the process...
I've downloaded cemu 1.12.0d, the game seems to perform a little bit better, but still drops fps a lot and stutters for almost nothing...PLaying in the lowest resolutions didn't change much, even in 360p.
My overclock didn't change much, i still can't oc my ram with stability, and checking a bunch of things on hwinfo64 i noticed my gpu is shown as pcie 3.0 X8, not X16, i guess that might be part of the problem, but i can't find any solution online except to change my mobo...
I'm starting to think by the time i'll be able to emulate this game properly i'll be a grandfather and have totally forgotten about it for long....
