Not being able to close games without the whole program

Not being able to close games without closing the whole program is objectively nonsense and a bad idea. This seems to be one of those fashionable things of inconvenience or pseudo-convenience that various developers build in as a sign that "they have made it", so that they can ignore or have others arrogantly "defend" them against anyone making aware of it, or eternally make a topic about something "not being a topic".

But again, it makes no sense. Sometimes one wants to stop a game and perhaps take another look at the settings, or change to another game. This should be possible without necessarily closing everything and having to start the program again (whose folder might have been closed etc.).

Stop trolling. It's not a choice; they want the feature eventually and it just needs work.

I'm not "trolling", you buffoon, I came here to make this topic, it's a valid request. Just because not everything is making one happy, doesn't mean one is automatically trolling. One has to be able to say things. You people are the kind who are trolling users and creating hypocritical, self-contained ech-chambers where everone can mob against single users.

Just leave it be if you nothing to say but don't play the "online community bigshot" (getting to your head).

You pulled out of your butt that it's on purpose because they are arrogant.

That's false and it makes it pure trolling.

Everyone is on board with this becoming a feature. It just isn't currently being worked on. Or not yet announced. But there is zero reason to come in here and attack the dev team.

They aren't doing this on purpose to inconvenience you. Step one of the emulator was getting games to play. The ability to close games without closing the whole emulator is a natural progression but not a high priority when most wii u games still don't run.

Not only are you attacking the devs you come in here and before anyone even responds you start playing the victim.

When I take out all your BS this is a reasonable request. And agreed upon by everyone. It just isn't currently being worked on. When there are so many things of higher priority to work on: The more compatible texture cache system, more games actually booting, Better input support. The list literally goes on and on.

Reasonable requests or recommendations will always be taken in kind by this community. Attacking the devs and accusing them of being nonsense and inconveniencing you on purpose all while preemptively playing victim card will not be tolerated. This thread is closed.
