    New Super Mario Bros U + New Super Luigi U - slowdowns in 1.14

    Previously tested on 1.13.1 and everything was working fine, no graphic packs or tweaks needed. In 1.14 the game goes into slow-mode every minute or two which lasts for around 30 seconds, before resuming playing at normal speed, until another slowdown hits

    I just played New Super Mario Bros U for at least half an hour on the latest 1.14 version & it played just fine. Didn't experience any slow downs at all

    Sounds for all the world to be exactly shader compilation stutter.

    Or epic thermal throttling

    Turns out it was either the triple core recompiler, or one of the debug settings (was playing with them in 13.1 and they didn't seem to have any impact, so left them at RTDSC and timer at system default), with single core/QPC/1ms the game plays fine in 1.14, not sure if one or all of them together was causing it
