Under normal conditions it should automatically connect to the PC after a button is pressed, if it has been already paired before with that PC. It is said that the remote can remember the pairings of up to 3 hosts but that might also depend on the adapter or the PC.

I know it can be quirky sometimes and a lot depends on the adapter and the bluetooth stack but it's generally 1) pair 2) connect 3) re-connect to the same host automatically unless it has connected to other hosts in the meantime and lost memory of that host.

Fixed a bug that would erroneously not set a data-report-mode at all if one connected a plain wiimote and as a result accelerometer-only-based-motion wouldn't work. It would if one connected a Nunchuk and then disconnected it but that wasn't practical. Thanks to ExsertWizard for bringing it to my attention.

First post updated with that fix.

Update: It should now behave better in additional situations involving first connections.

edit2 : maybe the only solution is to use a dolphin bar

Press "D" in the application to change the D-pad orientation similarly to how it changes for the Motion. It can be also done permanently in the .config.

PS. I could make it change simultaneously with the motion orientation but that might limit choice unnecessarily.

Update: In case you didn't know, you can also fully re-configure keys in the XInput configuration of Cemu, assuming the "Also use for Buttons/Axes" option of Cemuhook is NOT used in the corresponding menu for motion on Cemu. That way one could set up the D-pad buttons whatever way they like without changing WiimoteHook's settings at all (all of that is described in the first post of this thread).

thanks the buttons are perfect when changing in the exe, but using the motion plus is messy for me, in Mario Kart 8, the directions is wrong even when I recalibrate, in gyroscope mode
edit: yes I knew I could custom the controls which I did cause it was the only solution without knowing how to change in the exe (.config is too complicate for me)

When Cemu starts the Wiimote should be already in the orientation preferred. e.g. for Wii Wheel mode:

If you try to hold it the other way around (D-pad on the right) let me know.

You can try it in PadTest first (link in the first post). If it works in PadTest it works the same in Cemu. Let me know if it doesn't even work properly in PadTest after you start it with the Wiimote in the orientation preferred (though in PadTest the yaw can be reset with pressing "A" on the remote).

When launching dpad, I don't move and the position is good but after seconds the thing in dpad moves slowly alone while i ain't moving my wiimote with motion plus, I tried everything but it's always like that, in the computer, the wiimote moves all by itself while i ain't moving

The latest update adds the ability to emulate an analog stick with MotionPlus data. It's not particularly intuitive since the pitch and yaw axes positions (that it is based on) may be moved unintentionally so it's an optional setting in the .config with an adjustable response. It only supports the "Aiming" orientation, for now at least.

PS. At the same time the IR camera stick emulation was fixed to work again but that's even less intuitive (and of course optional).

    Hello

I like how you're doing this. Before use this software I used to use WiinUPro and WiinUSoft.

Have you ever taken a look at this (http://www.wiinupro.com/home) ? Both are opensource.
Maybe this either could help you or give you more ideas

    Thank you.
